After working side by side for many years with Herman, Miriam and her husband Paul formed PAUL GOLD REAL ESTATE. Only the name changed. Established as more than just another local business PAUL GOLD REAL ESTATE was and remains a friend and neighbor to old and new residents of Long Beach. Its goal is more than just selling houses and it has stood the test of time through professional and courteous service.

Over fifty years ago Miriam’s father, Herman Pressman, established his real estate company in Long Beach, New York. After working many years under Herman’s guidance and tutelage Miriam’s knowledge and expertise as a broker expanded. Eventually, Miriam and her husband Paul took over for Herman and formed Paul Gold Real Estate.
Many changes have taken place in the 40 years since Miriam began her career. The neighborhood has evolved into a year round family community. The one constant is the dedication and professionalism of the company. “We help our clients through the entire process of buying or selling their homes. My work and hobby are one and the same … I enjoy working with people,” said Miriam.
